We invite graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career professionals from Central and Eastern Europe to apply for the East European Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics Workshop (EEBG 2025) — a high-impact training program dedicated to bioinformatics, computational genomics, and data-driven biomedical research.

EEBG 2025 offers intensive hands-on training in genomic data analysis, with a focus on:
- Variant calling and analysis pipelines
- Population structure and ancestry inference
- Machine learning and AI in biomedical research
- Practical sessions with real-world genomic datasets
- Evening keynotes and case studies from internationally recognized experts
The program emphasizes reproducibility, technical skill-building, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in a dynamic learning environment.
Participation Tracks
In-Person (approx. 40 participants):
- Full access to all lectures, workshops, and labs
- Networking opportunities with international faculty and peers
- Fee: €450 (early) / €550 (regular)
⚡ Scholarships available for selected participants from Central and Eastern Europe (covers registration and/or accommodation)
Remote (limited capacity):
- Live-streamed lectures and selected interactive sessions
- No participation fee for selected online attendees
